As a chef and native of Sacramento, my journey in the food industry started at 15 and I’ve been a part of it in various ways off and on ever since. I graduated culinary school in 2019 with degrees in both Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, ready to make my way through the restaurant world once more, but when the pandemic happened I realized I needed to adapt.
As a result, I began offering meal prep services and in-home private chef experiences in order to bring people a bit of normalcy in what was an otherwise uncertain time. In the two years since, I’ve done intimate anniversary dinners, traveled out of state for group events, and served thousands of meals to people all over the Sacramento area.
What you can expect when you hire me is a true love for delivering the absolute best in flavor, quality, taste, and presentation no matter what you require. I love to explore the world and I’m available for local as well as traveling opportunities, both short and long term.
My biggest passion culinarily is taking familiar dishes and elevating them with local, sustainable, high-quality ingredients. I’m well versed in classic American as well as Asian, Italian, Mexican, and Mediterranean cuisines; and whether you’re a carnivore, a vegan, or somewhere in between, I’m always willing to collaborate with clients to customize a menu tailor made to their unique needs.
